Information on Admission for student ages 2-6 in the 2025/26 School Year

Submission of Application Forms

* Application academic year 2025–2026 Nursery Class (N1), the children must be  one years old before submitting the application form

* Application academic year 2025–2026 Kindergarten Class (K1), the children must be  1.5-years old before submitting the application form

 

  1. Submit method: Submit the application form in person ,by mail or online
  2. Applications for admission are processed all year round
  3. Time: 8:00 a.m.  to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), 8:00 a.m.  to 1:00 p.m. (Saturdays)
  4. Documents required:
    a) Application Form and one photo
    b) Copy of Birth Certificate
    c) Copy of Immunization record
    d) HK$40 for application fee. The official receipt will be given on the interview day.
    -Please deposit the application fee to HSBC A/C No: 030-001580-005 and  give back the  deposit slip to school.  You can submitted in person/ by mail/ application online.
    *All applicants with incomplete documents will not be processed.
  5. The application fee is non-refundable whether the application is successful or not.

* As the capacity of the classrooms are limited, please understand that not all qualifying applicants will be given a slot in the coming school year.

Remarks

  1. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the “RC” (“Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”) during registration, we may not be able to complete the registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit the application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
  2. The registration fee will be returned to parents on September if the child studies in our school. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify us in writing. We will return the “RC” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “RC”, we will no longer keep the school place for the child.
  3. Child applying for the Child Care Centre or Nursery Class, parents should submit the documents to finish the registration during the registration date. Otherwise, we will no longer keep the school place for the child. The reservation fee will be the part of school fee at September. Should parents decide to change school after registration, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  4. Applicants may be on the waiting list when child fails in the interview. We will contact you by post or telephone should there be any vacancy by post or phone.

 

Arrangement for admission application of non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children

  1. When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary.
  2. Parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication. Enquiry Telephone Number and Email Address for Parents of NCS Children.
